Lethya is an AI-powered platform that provides:

• Market predictions based on Polymarket data
• AI-generated insights and analysis
• Persistent chat functionality
• Subscription-based access to premium features

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account

3.2 Account Security

• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

4. Subscription and Billing

4.1 Subscription Plans

• Free Trial: 3 days with 10 messages (limited to one trial per payment method)
• Pro Weekly: €8.99 per week (unlimited messages)
• Pro Monthly: €24.99 per month (unlimited messages)

4.2 Billing and Payment

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• Failed payments may result in service suspension
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law

4.3 Trial Limitations

• Each payment method can only be used for one free trial
• Trial usage is monitored to prevent abuse
• Upon trial expiration, continued use requires subscription

4.4 Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for partial billing periods
• Refunds may be provided at our discretion for technical issues

5. Use of Service

5.1 Acceptable Use

• Respect intellectual property rights
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer or copy our technology
• Do not use for illegal activities or market manipulation

5.2 Prohibited Activities

• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent trial limits

• Attempting to hack or compromise our systems
• Generating harmful or inappropriate content

5.3 Rate Limiting

• Free users: Limited to 10 messages during trial
• Pro users: Unlimited messages with fair usage policies
• We reserve the right to limit excessive usage

6. AI Content and Predictions

6.1 AI-Generated Content

• AI responses are generated using OpenAI technology
• Predictions are based on available market data and should not be considered financial advice
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated predictions

6.2 Market Data

• Market data is sourced from Polymarket APIs
• We do not control or guarantee the accuracy of third-party market data
• Market conditions can change rapidly and affect prediction accuracy

6.3 Content Ownership

• You retain ownership of your chat messages
• We retain ownership of AI-generated responses and platform features
• You grant us a limited license to store and process your content for service provision

7. Intellectual Property

• Lethya platform, branding, and technology are our intellectual property
• AI algorithms and prediction models are proprietary
• All rights reserved unless explicitly granted

7.2 User Content

• You own the content you create within the platform
• By using Lethya, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content
